Finally receiving a proper vinyl release, this record showcases the best of what modern European hardcore can offer. Last Shreds (ex-Dead Swans) take a modern approach to the genre delivering two high-octane tracks that integrate ferocious ripping riffs with moody atmospheres, wisely building up tension before violently kicking its head in.
Misery For A Living (ex-The Guilt Show, Blame It On The Ocean) take a more old school approach, inspired by the early days of heavy and dirty hardcore fury. They offer up three short, fast, and abrasive originals, plus a stunning cover of the Negative Approach classic Tied Down.
Although previously available digitally, it was about time for this split to get its analogue release. A limited edition 7” that will serve as a true reminder of why we love hardcore.
